At Dawn

One of the many mastepiece of the Almighty
the dawn – an amazing scene of beauty
the clouds enveloping the sky above
an array of colours of red, orange then yellow.

scattering its rays through the clouds
playing hide and seek with us
to enrich us with very special days
is the sun mighty as always.

Look up above and don't deny
the beauty of the clouds in the sky
various shapes do seem to arise
all depending on what you visualize

Lakshmi, you have picturised the dawn very well in your verse.
The dawn always signifies the end of darkness, a new day of sunshine and hope, a new beginning to complete the unfinished tasks.Dawn is the time when Gods awake with the tolling of temple bells, when the birds chirp, the dew falls on the blooming flowers, when men and women arise with refreshed energy for the new opportunities the day offers. The power of prayers is most potent at dawn.
